- HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at 'Support@anffashionvault.ae' within 3 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email us at 'info@tuckersgizmos.com
- WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT?
It is highly unlikely through, but If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that!
Please email 'info@tuckersgizmos.com' with your order number, pictures of the item you received and what you originally ordered. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with further information on how to place a return.
- WHAT ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE?
You can return only damaged or wrong items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging. Also, please visit Policy Page for detailed information.
- ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
No, tuckersgizmos.com are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. You don't need to pay a single penny for that.
